Juan-Carlos Asse has produced 3 award winning documentaries (Unsupersize Me, Unsupersize Us, Unsupersize Me in Cuba) about how you can drastically improve your health with a whole foods plant based diet combined with exercise.  He also owns Zen Fitness,  a personal training studio in Gainesville, Florida where he teaches clients to follow a plant diet and exercise regime.  Juan-Carlos has written a recipe book, a kitchen starter guide, and a crash course on how to implement a plant based diet/exercise program into your life. His hobbies are traveling, language study, tennis, music, and kickboxing.
